The staff was unbelievably helpful - organizing day trips, fixing TV issues, and more. The location is amazing - next to the bus station, close to city center, and sights are just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and have great balconies. a fantastic choice!

I was amazed by the convenient location of Alhambra Palace Hotel Suites. It is situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the city center and major attractions. The Yasser Arafat Museum is also nearby, making it easy to explore the cultural heritage of the region. Additionally, I really appreciated the ample parking space available at the front and rear of the building. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provided a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as breakfast not being included in the accommodation package, and some issues with people smoking inside the building, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
